Set a draft slot first, then rehearse a full mock. Sim picks are only for testing.
Tuned for your league: 10-team, non-PPR, 6-pt passing TDs, 1 QB, start QB/2RB/2WR/TE/FLEX/K/DEF
The tool nudges most of these live: an RB-Dead-Zone caution, a room-trend read (who's over/under-drafting), tier-cliff flags, K/DEF gating, and bye-clash flags.
Non-PPR — catches are worth zero, so early-down bruisers and big-play / TD receivers rise; pure slot and third-down pass-catchers fall. The board here uses Harris's Standard ranks, not PPR.
6-pt passing TDs + −2 INT — elite arms gain real value, and dual-threat QBs (rushing yards at 10/pt, 6-pt rush TDs) are the biggest winners. That's the one exception to RB-first.
· Round 1 is always RB / WR / QB — never TE, K, or DEF.
· RB is prioritized, except for run-and-throw QBs who can be taken like premium picks.
· K and DEF are held to the final two rounds and streamed by matchup.
· Handcuffs to your RBs and QB/WR stacks are flagged on the board (🔗); grab RB insurance in the late rounds.
· Bye stacking is flagged live — the tool warns before you put a 3rd starter on the same bye week.
Changing teams or rounds resets the draft. Your slot can be set or changed anytime — even mid-draft once you know it.

1. Set your slot (Setup tab). Your draft position is how the tool knows which logged picks are yours. Leave it "TBD" until you know it, then set it — even mid-draft.
2. Log every pick — yours and everyone else's. As each selection is announced, tap the Pick button on that player's row. You never say which team made it: the tool knows the snake order, assigns the player to whoever's on the clock, removes him from the board, and advances. The top bar always shows whose pick you're logging.
3. When your turn nears, read the recommendation. The top bar shows "Your next: pick X (in N)." That's your cue to check the rec card and your needs, then tap your pick.
Mis-tap? The Recent picks log lets you ✎ replace or ✕ remove any pick, and everything recomputes. There's no live Yahoo link (your league is private), so this one-tap logging is the tracking method.

My team & picks — recommendation card, roster + needs, report card, bye chart, League board, pick log. Flip here when your turn is coming. On a laptop both panels show side-by-side (no flipping) — the reason to draft on a laptop if you can.
Three sources, blended: Harris Football Standard (non-PPR) ranks — the sharp single-expert view you asked for; an expert-panel consensus (FantasyPros' ~28-expert board, via Football Nation, cross-checked against Rotoworld/FantasyData); and FantasyFootballCalculator market ADP (non-PPR, 10-team, thousands of live drafts). Position ranks and tiers stay Harris's; the overall order and value blend all three. Tilt the mix in Setup → Board source blend (Harris-lean / Balanced / Consensus-lean). Player universe (defenses, kickers, ADP) is refreshed from live sources via a data-update script — see the project README for the refresh process.
Value (VOR) is calibrated to your exact scoring — non-PPR, with 6-point passing TDs and −2 per interception. The non-PPR part is already baked into the Harris and market sources; the 6-point passing TD is where your league diverges from a standard board, so QBs (especially high-volume passers) are valued a notch higher and tend to come off around round 2–4 rather than later. Note: live per-player stat projections aren't cleanly retrievable into a self-contained file, so this tunes value to your rules rather than projecting each player's box score — if you can export a projections sheet from Yahoo or FantasyPros, I can wire exact per-player points.
The Round plan panel tells you which positions to focus on for your current pick, and it re-sorts every time a player comes off the board — driven by your roster gaps, the round, and position scarcity. The Recommended pick card then names one player and, under it, explains why him over the next-best option at his position (value gap, tier, and market timing).
Everything flows from VOR (Value Over Replacement) — how much better a player is than the last freely-available starter at his position. It's what lets you compare across positions.
